EMMANUEL LINGUISTIC SERVICES (ELS) are located in Ottawa and deliver French and English Services. The latter includes: Languages Proficiency Services (Testing), Languages Tutoring and Translation Services. Although ELS is new to the market, its staff has experience dating back to 2009.
